We tend to have only a few objects that we consider essentials for everyday life, such as our keys, wallet, glasses and phone, so it’s a wonder that they’re also the objects we tend to misplace the most. Slovenia-based RAKETA architects Katjuša Kranjc Kuhar and Rok Kuhar created the Circulum collection under their new design brand PIKKA as a thoughtful solution to deal with this minor life annoyance.
The Circulum family consists of the Circulum Wave, Circulum Ring and Circulum Bowl, each designed to accommodate your different essentials or everyday objects. Because of its ability to be mounted in various ways (from the ceiling, on the wall, or on its stand), it can essentially fit in any space. The collection is both beautiful and practical as locally sourced materials give the shelves a functional elegance.
The Wave reveals a subtle, discrete dip when you approach it but disappears when you depart.
The Ring is bounded by a simple band that keeps objects from being knocked off the edge.
The Bowl has a deeper basin to accommodate larger items and keep them in place.
